There are several different plans to offer:
1. Employer pays for all treatments: This is a great way to get all of your employees to give quiting
a chance. There are some pros and cons to this method. Although The Sudbury Laser health clinic

2. Reimburse the successful quitters: Reimbursing those who have put in effort seems to be
more particle. Set a period of 1 month, 2 months or 3 months that the smoker must remain
smoker free in order to get a full reimbursement. You may set this up in stages, 50% return ofter 1
month, the other 50% returned after 6 months. These are just examples. The Sudbury Laser
